Oral language has started with each house group speaking 1 day a week- check your timetable & be prepared.

Learn your spelling words and practise basic facts to 20… oh, & don't forget to read!

Remember that you are learning about the LONG A sound & the spelling patterns that make it. Try this at home if you get a chance.

Week 2

Welcome to Week 2. 

The term feels well under way already and next week is busy with MAGIC.

This week there is nothing scheduled except Personality Bags. Thank you for helping your child put their treasure's together. It is wonderful watching and listening to them share what they love.

As you may have noticed, the school website has been updated and some school events have been cancelled or moved around.  Please keep an eye on the notices for updates as things are still settling into place.

Each week spelling words will come home on a home learning  sheet. 

Team Magma have agreed to send spelling home from week 4, but please check the blog and have a practise of the essential lists if you get a chance. 

Oral language starts Week 4. Please check the timetable to see what day you need to be organised to present your oral language. Each house presents one day per week and the topics change daily.

CONFERENCE CHANGE OF DATE

Hi All
The school conference meetings are now ALL in week 6.
11th, 12th & 13th of March.

Yesterday we worked in small groups and went around school with iPads and took photos. We had to edit our photos and crop them, then email them to Ms Wilson.
